Sugar Melting Vessel It is made out of 316 sheet all welding is done by an argon are welded & all Joints are ground to smooth finish. It is mounted on S.S.304 construction legs. Prefilter It made out of SS 316 quality fitted inline between Sugar melting vessel and syrup Manufacturing Vessel. Manufacturing Vessel It is made out of SS 316 sheet & all welding is done by an argon arc and all joints are ground to smooth finish. It is mounted on S.S.304 construction legs. Storage Vessel It is made out of SS 316 sheet & all welding is done by an argon arc and all joints are ground to smooth finish. It is mounted on S.S.304 construction legs Zero Hold Filter Press It is made out of SS 316 quality sheet. Complete unit shall be mounted on Portable trolley. UNIQUE FEATURES OF THE FACILITY :

  • We design the oral liquid manufacturing plant to be operated by one operator and one helper, saving on precious workforce costs.
  • Sugar syrup – manufacturing vessels are provided with limpet coils for
  • Heating and cooling, designed for internal vacuum to facilitate the transfer of sugar directly from stores to sugar syrup vessel.
  • Sugar syrup is transferred to manufacturing vessels through online sugar syrup prefilter by vacuum.
  • The entry of all propeller agitators is from the bottom through a specially designed cartridge mechanical seal with TC/TC seal face.
  • The advantage of the bottom propeller agitator over the conventional agitator is that there are no shaft vibrations, no couplings in the drive assembly, leading to lower maintenance cost for the oral liquid  manufacturing plant.
  • Pipes, pipe fittings, and valves are of SS 316, seamless, internally electropolished with DIN standard unions and silicon gaskets.
  • We equipped maintenance holes of vessels with davit fitting, and the cover of the maintenance hole slides instead of being lifted.
  • Automation available, appropriate for the intended process function,

  • • Controls of all functions by PLC Controls with HMI Touch screen.
  • • Level controls utilizing capacitance probe or electronic load cells.
