Manual Capsule Filling Machine
Description:
Manual Capsule Filling Machine is a widely used form of capsule filling. The machine is designed and manufactured with utmost care to handle all capsule sizes ranging from "00" to "5" and to provide trouble-free service year after year. It is easy to operate, delivers production with minimum rejection, and ensures no weight variation. It is capable of filling powders and pellets in all sizes of hard gelatin capsules.
Though all operations are manual, the machine is built with precision-machined components and assembled by highly skilled personnel. The Manual Capsule Filling Machine is widely used in research laboratories, academic institutions, herbal/ayurvedic preparation facilities, and medium to small-scale manufacturing industries.
There is also an option of purchasing an Automatic Capsule Loading Machine to speed up production output with the filling machine, as the maximum time in the filling process is taken by loading capsules onto the loading trays of the capsule filler.
