 Planetary Mixer (VJHSE Type) devised for mixing ointments, paste, wet mass, cream, and dry powders.

The mixing mechanism consists of an anchor with teflon scrapers, paddle type beater blades with planetary movement & a centrally located high speed emulsifier. The equipment is suitable for vacuum operation. A suitable motorized mechanical lifting arrangement is provided for lifting the mixing bowl upto 150 Liters models and for lifting the agitator assembly for models 200 Litres and above.

  • The Mixing bowl is provided with Castor wheels and a Locking arrangement for Easy handling. The VJHSE option is also offered.
  • Effective beater design speeding up the process of starch preparation.
  • The surface finish of 0.3 Ra making the discharge of the binder paste easy.
  • Flush Bottom Ball Valve with a clear 4 opening making the flowability easy.
  • Quick Release coupling with built-in NRV installed on the machine.
