Sterile Manufacturing Vessel

The sterile manufacturing vessel is suitable for preparing injections, sterile preparations, small volume preparations, inhaler preparations, etc.

The sterile manufacturing vessel is used in the pharmaceutical industry to prepare injections, sterile medications, small volume medications, and inhalers. The sterile vessel is manufactured according to the American FDA and WHO standards.

The vessel comes with different accessories made for different purposes. The vessel is available with the standard stirrer and magnetic stirrer as per the customer requirements. Also known as the pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing vessel, it comes with a dish-shaped top and bottom. The top of the vessel has flanged ends and a silicone gasket.
The sterile vessel has a stirrer attached with an electric motor. A variable frequency drive is given on the top dish to control the speed of the machine. The stirrer has a single cartridge dry carbon seal.

The entire structure is mounted on the pipe legs with castors having PU wheels and SS brackets.
The vessel has been polished on both the inside and outside surfaces. The vessel also comes with a bottom entry magnetic stirrer and an electro-polished inner surface. The vessel comes with a stainless-steel jacket with options of steam or electrical heating and cooling. The sterile vessel is insulated with mineral wool and cladded with welded stainless-steel sheets.

The Vessel is vertical, cylindrical with a dished bottom and top. We can provide the top with flanged ends bolted to the shell’s flange with a silicone gasket.

The sterile Vessel with a stirrer coupled to a suitable motor, supplied with a Variable Frequency Controller (VFD), mounted on the top dish.

We can provide the stirrer with a single cartridge dry mechanical seal of carbon v/s Sic face Combination.

Optionally the Vessel is available with a bottom entry magnetic stirrer and electropolished from inside. The Vessel with an S.S. jacket for electrical/steam heating and cooling options. It is supplied with mineral wool insulation and cladding with S.S. sheets fully welded.
